🔄 Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• To start a return, contact us at hello@code8labs.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Used products, opened fragrances, and promotional/free items cannot be returned.
• Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.
